Next Day Guaranteed

For all our next working day deliveries dispatched Monday to Thursday we will guarantee your delivery will be attempted the next working day.

We are so confident in our service that if delivery is not attempted we will give you the whole order for FREE.

Terms and Conditions
Due to the nature of the guarantee the following terms and conditions will be strictly applied.
The guarantee covers an attempted delivery and the delivery service only and the order must be placed before the same day cut off time Mon - Thurs.
The guarantee does not cover the hour window estimate given by the courier only the fact that a delivery attempt will be made the next day.
Proof of an attempted delivery will be decided by our couriers online tracking information only(which is also available for customers to see online).
Next day deliveries dispatched on days outside the Mon - Thurs period are not covered by this guarantee
In the event of natural disasters or other issues beyond the control of ourselves or our couriers the guarantee will not apply
When incorrect or inaccurate address information is given by the customer or the address is inaccessible the guarantee is void. This includes when a courier cannot find an address due to inadequate information.
If the delivery address is changed after the initial order or after the order has been dispatched the guarantee will be void.
The guarantee only covers mainland England deliveries and does not apply during bank holiday periods.
Our decision based on the terms above is final on all guarantees.


UK customers you may select the following delivery methods at the final billing page:

Standard Delivery
Expected delivery time of 2-4 working days - cost £3.95. Please note all orders require a signature on receipt

Next Working Day
Next Working Day - cost £5.95. Your order will be delivered between 8am-5.30pm on the next working day providing the order is placed before 4.30pm (Saturday and Sunday is not a working day). Orders placed after 4.30pm Monday to Friday, or any time on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be delivered within 2 working days.

Next Day For Saturday Delivery - Select the Saturday delivery option, please see Saturday delivery

Next day deliveries placed Monday - Thursday will also be sent a text message to your mobile giving you a 1 hour window when the delivery will be due as well as an email with tracking information to track your order to your door.

Free delivery
If you are in the UK and your order is over £65 you may choose free delivery which is sent out via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery

If you are in the UK and your order is over £150 your order will be sent out via our courier for next day delivery.

Saturday delivery
On Fridays please select the Saturday delivery option for Saturday delivery, the order must be placed before 4.30pm and will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. UK customers only.

International Deliveries
International deliveries will get the options that apply to the country being shipped to.

With all deliveries a signature is required, please ensure someone is at the address to sign for the goods, if a delivery is returned to us by the courier as no one was home to collect or sign for the item and it is not collected your order will be handled as a return as per our return policy, delivery charges will not be refunded.

Please note for standard deliveries and international deliveries our expected delivery times are an estimate. In some cases the delivery may take slightly longer or arrive slightly faster.

Next day deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on time and will arrive the next day if ordered before our same day dispatch cut off time.

Returning an Item

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please send the item back to us in its original condition within 14 days of the order date. On receiving the goods from you we will issue a full refund (less your initial delivery cost) to the card the order was placed with or exchange it for an alternate size/colour if you so wish.

Please remember we cannot take responsibility for goods before they reach us. We do include a returns sticker to make life easier, UK customers only, please note a £3 postage fee will be charged if you use this service.

For non UK customers International deliveries must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the goods. When sending goods back to us it is recommended to use a delivery service that offers insurance. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the return delivery cost.

Do not Remove tags Returned items must have all their original tags in place. We attach seal tags to our garments (a tag with a round circular piece of plastic), if these tags are tampered with or removed (breaking the seal), the return will be refused. Please do not remove these tags until you are happy you want to keep the item.

Please ensure you get proof of postage when returning items using our own label or from whichever method you use to post back to us, ensure you Include your paperwork. If a return does not reach us and you do not have proof of postage you will not be refunded.

Returning items on orders that had discounts applied

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

In order to ensure your return is accepted please be careful when trying on the items. Avoid wearing perfume and/or deodorant that could leave a permanent scent or mark on the clothing. If evidence is found that an item has been soiled we will be unable to offer a refund. Any costs incurred for returns sent back that are not accepted for not complying with this policy will be the customers responsibility.


Exchanged items must first comply with our returns policy (please see Returns). Assuming it does please send it back to us clearly stating on the paperwork the size/colour combination you would like. Please note that if you use our returns label to return an exchange a £3 fee will be applied for the postage cost, the sticker is there for your convenience.
If you wish to return an exchange please use a recorded delivery service as the item will be your responsibility until it reaches us. In the event of any dispute we would require proof it was posted and received by us so please do get this for your protection.

Multiple Exchanges
We can only exchange an item once per order, after this if an item is sent back for a exchange it will be handled as a normal return and refunded subject to the returns policy.

International Exchanges
Unfortunately due to shipping costs we cannot offer exchanges to international customers, all returns from international customers will be handled as a standard return and a refund issued where required. International customers would then need to place a new order for the alternative size/colour if they wish to buy it.

Faulty or Wrong Item

If an item arrives damaged or the order is incorrect please clearly state where the damage or issue was with the item on the returns form that you send back so that we can confirm the damage.

WHAT WE WILL DO FOR YOU If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent to you, your delivery charge will be refunded in full and a 10% discount will be given off a future order.


How do I Place an Order?
To place an order first click the product you are interested in. Now select the colour from the drop down menu that you would like. Upon doing this the site will do a real time stock check and make the size box selectable. Now select the size you would like, click add to basket and then either continue shopping or proceed to checkout to pay for your goods.

How do I Pay For My Order?
We accept all major cards and payment is taken through our secure Sage Pay interface. After the confirm page the site will take you to the Sage Pay site where you can pay for your order in the knowledge that you are protected by the best security the web has to offer under the world trusted brand name of Sage to handle the payment.

Do I Need an Account To Shop With You?
Yes. The account not only allows you to place future orders without having to enter all of your details again but is vital in helping us to provide you with the best possible service.

All details are protected under the data protection act and we strictly do not pass any information held to third parties. Furthermore we use a world trusted and secure payment provider so that at no time are your card details stored.

It also allows you to receive future promotions (you can opt out via your account) track your orders, watch items, keep track of your order history and more.

Secure Shopping
All payments on the site are handled by the world respected SagePay. They handle the transaction on their servers to keep your information secure and safe. At no time are any of your payment details stored.

How do I Place an Order?
If you have forgotten your password do not worry.

Please click the 'YOUR ACCOUNT' link at the top of the page and choose 'My Account' to take you to the login screen.

Under 'forgotten password' enter the email address you used when you registered with us.

Your password will then be sent to that email address.

Please remember to use the email that you entered when you bought from us as no other will be acceptable for security reasons.

If you have also forgotten your email address that you used when you signed up please email us at our customer care department.The email is shown on the left.

Discount codes & Vouchers

Only one discount can be applied per order, they cannot be redeemed for cash. A discount code is only valid until its expiry date if it has one.

Discount codes cannot be used on an order after the order has been placed.

If a discount was applied to a returned order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. Using a Discount Code
Make sure you type your code to the appropriate box on the basket page, and hit update to apply it to your order.
As stated above if it is not applied at this point, we can't apply it to the same order later on (though you might be able to use it on a subsequent order).

Distance Selling Regulations

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations state that you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased, for a full refund. In the event of a cancellation please inform us in writing being sure to quote your order number. This must be done within 7 days of delivery of your item(s). E-mail is acceptable and should be sent to our customer care department (the email address can be found on the contact us page), or by post to the address above.

On acceptance of the cancellation the goods must be returned in their original condition within 14 days to the address above. When sending goods back to us it is recommended to use a delivery service that offers insurance. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

-We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. -We never collect sensitive information about you.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We never store your credit card details on our servers at any stage.
